At Spider Holster, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your camera equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all holsters, pins, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
